The participation fee covers
transfers, meeting documents, lunches and breaks. Transfers will be organized as per the below indications:

Bari or Brindisi airport to Borgo Egnazia
Wednesday (31 Oct) and Thursday (01 Nov) from Borgo Egnazia to Bari or Brindisi airport
Cancellation of registration
In the unfortunate case you need to cancel,
you may do so free of charge,
in writing and before the 1st August 2018.
In case of written cancellation
before 1st August,
100% of the payment will be refunded.
After this date no refund will be possible.
