Constitution
A written constitution governs the activities of the Commission and the obligations of the member countries.
The basic text includes the Constitution, the Rules of Procedure, and the Financial Regulations.
The 41st General Session of the EuFMD, in April 2015, put forth amendments to the Constitution, which were approved by the FAO Council at its 153rd Session.
